Pay
Several pay options are available such as straight hourly, 100% Piece rate, or the most popular base play PLUS commission.
Base pay plus commission. Pay typically ranges from $30 to $35 per hour base rate plus commission. The commission is 5% of the gross amount for the month. This typically ranges from a minimum amount of $1,250.00 to $6,500.00 or more! High performers can earn $150,000 or more!
Description
Perform service calls for customers within your coverage area. Calls range from the very simple like changing a lightbulb to upgrading their service or even whole home rewires. Service electricians perform a wide variety of tasks making this position unique and can be more rewarding and LESS physically demanding. Service electricians provide the estimate to the homeowner onsite, perform the work, and take the payment all on one call. Calls are primarily residential with occasional light commercial.
