Looking for temporary housing from August till sometime in Winter (Iowa City)

Hello!
I am moving to Iowa city to start a graduate program. I am moving from another country so I am looking for short term (month to a semester long) lease starting in August. My budget is 500-700 dollars per month. Ideally a place that is bikeable to and from the business school building. I would need access to kitchen, no car parking required.
