I live alone in a private area about 2 miles outside of town. Well-kept and Big home with lots of privacy that has its perks for sure, but enjoying it alone can get boring! So ... I am looking for a female who is looking for a nice place to call home at no cost. No rent or utilities, no food bill.
There's WIFI/Internet, cable TV, Prime, Netflix, etc. Laundry on first floor, dishwasher, fireplaces, jacuzzi, and more.
I'm hoping to find a friendly homebody type 18 to 45 years old. No drugs (420 ok), minimal drinking. Work if you prefer, but ok if you don't. I don't mind taking care of you.
