This is a simple ROOM SHARE for cheap, not really a Sublet but temporary is; lease as long as you need for $360 a month beginning July 1st 2019, with a $25 Application fee by contacting my Land Lord's office. Approval required to sign lease and move in on April 1st, 2019 onward.

Asking: $355 Rent($355 Security Deposit = One month RENT)

$0.00-$100 Utility Bill amount per month/each tenant. Security Deposit IS Negotiable.

$455 ~ AVERAGE COST for renting this ROOM share offered here today on CL, Iowa City. Or I would consider $360 on 1st day of each month after July 2019, for each room mate, Security Deposit due immediately after signing a lease, negotiating/agreeing to RENTAL costs, allowing this option w/o Sec Dep, is not guaranteed, only by both landlord approval and lease signing for both our conveniences.
