This tree stand is very easy for one person to use alone.
Best for larger trees that have a trunk diameter greater than 2 inches so that the bolts have enough length to reach the trunk.
The bucket can be tilted and rotated in the stand until the tree is aligned as desired. Then simply step down on the lever to lock the stand in place.
Dimensions are shown in the box photo.
I'm selling the stand because I use smaller trees now.
