The house I'm looking for a subleaser is very nice and spacious and room is plently big. It is about a 15 minute walk downtown and only a 5 minute drive to Iowa City Kirkwood. There are four of us but I only need ONE subleaser. My roommates are extremely nice and they like to have fun together. Each of us have our own cable hook-up in our bedroom, none of us share a room. There is only two bathrooms, one very large one upstairs and smaller one that is downstairs. The house includes a washer/dryer, we have a dishwasher, etc... The kitchen is extremely spacious and leads right into the dining room. The dining room opens into the living room. Nothing is included in the rent but I would be willing to help pay half or maybe a little more of the rent for the first month. I have no pictures as of right now, but take my word for it- it is a really nice place! :) Also we each have our own parking spot back behind the house. Unfortunately no pets! :( SORRY!!
