We are trying to sublet our 2 bedroom apartment at 929 Iowa Ave. because we both graduate in December and have found jobs elsewhere!! The rent includes heat, water, cable and internet (both mediacom) and the electricity is paid by the tenants. The laundry is on-site and tenants have the option of having a cat for an extra $25 a month. There is one parking space available for free. Any additional parking would have to be purchased through apartments downtown but there is also almost always off-street parking available. To view the space just visit the website @ www.aptsdowntown.com and view the 2 bedroom for the 929 location. The apartment is carpeted and both the bathroom and kitchen are pretty new and nice. The location is great - less than a 10 minute walk from campus and downtown. Some furnishings could be provided (a brand new couch, new bookshelves, etc) if the tenant wished.
