I just moved out of my apartment and my old roommate is in need of a new roommate! This is a 2 bedroom, extremely spacious apartment. It is close to campus and downtown and has on site laundry and parking in the back. It is also only 2 blocks away from the bus stop. I paid $400 for my parking spot but am willing to sell it to whoever sublets the apartment for MUCH less. (Prices will be negotiable). There are 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room, an eating nook, and a balcony. Cable and water are included. All that you need to pay for is rent ($515/month), electricity, and internet if desired ($20.00/month). The apartment is on the third floor of the complex and you have the entire top floor to yourself. The neighbors are great and have never complained about it being too loud. The person living there now is a girl, but she does not have a sex preference for a roommate. You may smoke in the apartment, but pets are not allowed.
