One bedroom available for the Spring '10 semester in a 4 story, 4 bedroom house (non-smoking). House includes 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens w/ dishwashers, big front porch, on-site washer and dryer, mud room in back. The bedroom includes free, on-site parking spot. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and a quick walk from campus. Rent is $425/month with utilities, water, and cable not included (Total monthly is about $470). Also, there is another room available in the house if you know someone else looking for a place to live next semester (both bedrooms are the same size).
