This apartment has a large bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room, spacious full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. It's on the ground floor and has its own private entrance. There is a washer/dryer on the same floor ($1 wash/$1 dry). The washer/dryer is almost always available-- I've only had to wait to use it a few times! There is an open parking lot, and I have never had a problem finding parking (there are always multiple open spots). It is near the new Studio Arts Building (Menards), and walking/biking distance from a Fareway, Java House, and a few restaurants. Near a large park! The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. The kitchen has a large stove, microwave, double-sink, and a dishwasher. This apartment is full of closet space: there's a large closet with built-in shelving in the kitchen, a linen closet in the bedroom, and the walk-in closet next to that. HEAT AND WATER are paid by the landlord, and tenant is responsible for electric (and cable, internet). It is near a city bus-stop, and the Cambus lines run to the Studio Arts building, which is fairly close. Landlords (Jim Miller Rentals) are responsive, accommodating, and very nice. Smoking is allowed. Serious inquiries only. I can move out as soon as you want to move in!
