I'm graduating this December and need a sublet for Spring. (January - May or January-July you pick!). The actual rent is $540/month but I'll lower the price to $450/month. I also have a parking space available for an additional charge. I am subletting my bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. My 3 female roommates will still be living here 2nd semester. We have 2 bathrooms, fireplace, dishwasher, laundry downstairs, balcony, large living room.
