I'm looking to sublet for full rent plus utilities (9 months left on lease before re-signing), or for someone to rent one bedroom from me. Please see below conditions if interested:
- If you would like to rent, I would be willing to accept $300 flat rate (utilities included), with the provision you provide your own groceries, toiletries, etc.
- No pets, please.
- I am looking for a clean, responsible, non-smoker (or willing to smoke outside) who is ok with family happenings going on around.
Regarding renting, I do live with my husband and two young children (ages 7 & 15 mo.), but no pets. My husband and I both work outside of the home, so we are not there during much of the daytime, and the children are out of the house between the hours of 8 am - 4:30 pm, so someone who needs to sleep first shift would be welcome.
