I am leaving Iowa City/Coralville at the end of the December and am in need of someone to sublet my apartment so that I'm not having to pay rent at two places.
This apartment is a one bedroom with new carpet, a kitchen with all the amenities and a full sized bathroom. It also has a lot of closet space. There is a laundry unit on the premises.
This apartment is located just off of the Coralville strip and is a quick drive to the UI campus, plus it's close to several shoppes and grocery stores. It's also in a safe neighborhood next to the Coralville police and fire department. There is a post office 2 blocks away.
The landlord covers water/sewer and trash services. Honestly, the gas and electric bill has never been expensive either, which makes this place nice.
I am in a pretty tight spot, so THE DEPOSIT IS YOURS as part of this sublet (when the lease ends, you keep it). I will also throw in the TV stand and book-case in if you're interested.
Please let me know asap! I am willing to figure something out...
