Two bedroom, one bathroom, available immediately. Rent is $660 which includes water, offstreet parking, and garbage removal. Large living room (I had two couches a futon and a recliner in it) and kitchen, bedrooms average size (I had a full size bed, dresser, desk, and all kinds of misc. crap) with large closet. Bathroom has shower/tub and everything else you need, also average size. Ten-fifteen minute walk to campus/downtown, other utilities (cable, internet, electricity) will run around $100 more depending on what you want/need, no pets allowed but that's up to you to follow if you want. Since the whole apartment is being subleased there will need to be a deposit of one month's rent, and the property management requires you to fill out an application in order to make sure you're able to pay the rent and everything which costs $25 (but this only has to be done once you've seen the place and decide you want it for sure.)
