n December I will be moving to the Des Moines area for student teaching. I am currently looking for someone to sublet my apartment in mid-December OR January until August 1st (it is also available for fall 2010). This is my second time renting through J&J real estate and they have been incredibly helpful and nice with everything. I absolutely love my apartment and I am confident you'll LOVE it as well! --This is a very large and open one bedroom apartment. One or two people are welcome to live here
--Our building is considered "Energy Efficient" and my utilities have never been above $17 bucks

--Central air (very nice and cheap)

--Outdoor porch all to yourself
--1 block from the Iowa City Public Library and right next to the farmer's market and co-op
--On sight laundry
--5 windows that allow plenty of natural light inside
--2 entrances
