A very nice and cozy 1 bedroom apt perfect for a graduate/medical student right on health science campus, 3 minute walk to UIHC and on bus route. I got a job and will move out in December 3rd week. Rent is 495 dollars, heat and water paid, washer dryer in the building, personal parking spot, snow removal provided by the landlord.
