One master bedroom (with full bath) in a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo will be available in early December (dates negotiable). Only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and UIHC. Includes washer and dryer in the unit, as well as free parking, a brand new deck, new carpeting, and a great view (see picture below). This is a great place! Utilities are not included, but usually run around $80 total for the month/per person. Pets are not allowed. Feel free to email with questions or to set up a showing!
