Awesome 3 story townhouse
We are needing to sublease our 3 story townhouse. Our roommate is moving out so we need to get rid of it. It's a great place for a family (we have a small child) or a grad student who needs a quiet atmosphere.
The main floor has a powder room, a coat closet, the kitchen with a pantry and the living room with a deck to walk out on. The second floor has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a huge closet and a smaller closet for odds and ends. It also has a vanity built in the wall with is one of my favorite
perks of this place. You can also go into the full bathroom through the master bedroom or the hallway, which is also nice and allows privacy. There is also a full finished basement that has the laundry room with a washer and a dryer and a 1/2 bath. It has sliding glass doors that allow you to go outside which is also been really nice. Two parking spots automatically come with the place and they are right outside your door. There is extra parking if you need it too. The owner doesn't accept dogs unfortunately. But cats are ok.
We really like this place but it's a little much for 2 of us. We can work with you on the moving in date. We really need to get this place subleased so please only serious inquiries only. I have pictures but I can't upload them. Let me know if you want me to email you some. Thanks
