I have a covered parking space that I would like to rent on the corner of Church St. and North Dubuque Street (around the corner from the President's Mansion). Rent is paid month to month. Rent is to be determined based on the number of people interested in the space. Must commit to renting the space for AT LEAST the 2009 fall semsester including winter vacation months. Off season renting may be discounted based on the deal negotiated.
